紫草油中药涂擦在小儿轮状病毒性肠炎红臀中的疗效与护理方法

The Curative Effect and Nursing Methods of Lithospermum Oil Traditional Chinese Medicine Rubbing in Red Buttocks of Children with Rotavirus Enteritis

目的:探究紫草油中药涂擦在小儿轮状病毒性肠炎红臀中的疗效与护理方法。方法:选取2017年11月-2018年10月小儿轮状病毒性肠炎红臀患儿120例,随机分成对照组60例、观察组60例。两组均接受原发病的治疗,对照组通过温水清洗,增加尿布更换次数的护理方式对红臀进行护理,观察组在对照组的基础上应用紫草油中药涂擦。比较两组临床疗效及皮疹消退时间。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组皮疹消退时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:紫草油中药涂擦在小儿轮状病毒性肠炎红臀中的疗效显著,结合红臀的护理方法可以缩短皮疹消退时间,推荐在临床中应用。

Objective:To explore the curative effect and nursing methods of traditional Chinese medicine rubbing with Lithospermum Oil in red buttocks of children with rotavirus enteritis.Method:120 children with rotavirus enteritis red buttocks from November 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into the control group(60 cases) and the observation group(60 cases).Both groups received treatment of primary diseases.At the same time,the control group was given warm water cleaning,increased diaper replacement times of nursing methods to nurse red buttocks.The observation group was given Lithospermum Oil traditional Chinese medicine rubbing on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and the time of deflorescence were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 66.67% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of deflorescence in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of traditional Chinese medicine with Lithospermum Oil in red buttocks of children with rotavirus enteritis is remarkable,and combined with nursing methods of red buttocks can shorten the time of deflorescence,which is recommended for clinical application.
