冰黄肤乐软膏治疗表皮生长因子受体酪氨酸激酶抑制剂相关皮疹的研究

Study on Treatment of Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors(EGFR-TKIs) Related Rash with Binghuang Fule Ointment

目的:研究冰黄肤乐软膏治疗表皮生长因子受体酪氨酸激酶抑制剂(EGFR-TKIs)所导致相关皮疹的临床效果。方法:将符合入组条件的100例EGFR-TKIs相关皮疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组和对照组分别为47例和53例。治疗组予以冰黄肤乐软膏外用治疗,对照组予以硅油乳剂外用治疗。治疗1周和2周后评价两组患者皮疹缓解率。结果:两组患者症状均有好转,治疗组症状缓解率优于对照组,在治疗2周后两组的症状缓解率表现出显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:冰黄肤乐软膏能够缓解EGFR-TKIs相关皮疹,缓解症状和相关皮肤毒副反应。

Objective: To study the clinical effect of Binghuang Fule ointment in the treatment of rash associated with epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs). Methods: One hundred patients with EGFR-TKIs associated rash were randomized into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group and the control group were 47 patients and 53 patients, respectively. The treatment group was treated with local daub of Binghuang Fule ointment, and the control group was treated with silicone oil for external use. The rash relief rate was evaluated in both groups after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment. Results: The symptoms of both groups improved. The symptom relief rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The symptom relief rate of the two groups showed a significant difference after 2 weeks of treatment ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Binghuang Fule ointment can alleviate EGFR-TKIs associated rash, relieve symptoms and related skin toxic side effects.
