老年不稳定股骨转子间骨折患者采用半髋关节置换治疗的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Semi-hip Replacement in Elderly Patients with Unstable Intertrochanteric Fractures

目的:分析老年不稳定股骨转子间骨折患者采用半髋关节置换治疗的效果。方法:选取66例老年不稳定股骨转子间骨折患者,根据不同治疗方案将其分为观察组(n=33,半髋关节置换术治疗)和对照组(n=33,股骨近端防旋髓内钉固定术治疗),比较疗效及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组治疗优良率高于对照组,并发症发生率(9.09%)低于对照组(36.36%)(P<0.05)。结论:采用半髋关节置换术治疗老年不稳定股骨转子间骨折效果优良,可有效降低并发症发生率。

Objective: To analyze the effect of hemiarthroplasty in elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fractures. Methods: Sixty-six elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fractures were enrolled. They were divided into observation group (n=33, hemiarthroplasty) and control group according to different treatment options (n=33, proximal femoral condyle).
