超声引导下区域阻滞在乳癌手术中的应用进展被引量：8

摘要近年来,乳癌的发病率居高不下.乳癌术后的急性疼痛不仅影响病人的术后恢复,也是导致术后慢性持续性疼痛的危险因素.因此,乳癌手术的围术期镇痛非常重要.目前认为,与传统的药物镇痛相比,超声引导下区域阻滞技术的应用不仅改善了镇痛效果,减少了阿片类药物的使用,还允许病人早期下床活动和早日出院.下面就超声引导下区域阻滞在乳癌手术中的应用展开综述.
