摘要
目的自动审核是使用基于计算机的规则来验证临床实验室(检验科)检验结果而无需人工审核的过程。然而由于缺乏有效的计算机验证规则,自动审核在分子诊断检验领域中的应用并不广泛。本文将研究如何设计HBV-DNA检测结果的自动审核规则,以供临床实验室参考。方法收集2284例在广州中医药大学第二附属医院进行HBV-DNA检查的患者数据,根据其HBV血清学检查、ALT检查结果将患者HBV-DNA结果进行分组,应用Excel宏命令统计每组数据出现概率,概率小于5%则认为是小概率事件,自动审核不通过。结果 利用本研究建立的自动审核规则审核HBV-DNA检测结果,可得到86.03%的自动审核通过率。结论 建立自动审核可以提高检验工作效率,缩短检验周转时间。
Objective Autoverification is a process using computer-based rules to verify clinical laboratory test results without manual review. However, because the lack of efficient compute verification rule, it is not been widely used in clinical molecular diagnosis. This paper will study how to design the automatic examination rules of HBV-DNA test results for clinical laboratory reference. Methods The data of HBV-DNA test results of 2 284 samples from our hospital were collected, and classified by the results of five serological biomarkers of hepatitis B and ALT. Excel was used to calculate the occurrence probability of each group of the data. Those groups with an occurrence probability < 5% were defined as small probability events, and the data in these group can’t pass the autoverification. Results The autoverification rules developed in this research obtained an autoverification rate of 86.03% for HBV-DNA test results. Conclusion Development of autoverification helps clinical laboratory increase working efficacy and reduce test turn-around time.
