集束化护理对降低ICU患者非计划性拔管发生率的影响

Effect of intensive care on reducing incidence of unplanned extubation in ICU Patients

目的分析集束化护理对降低ICU患者非计划性拔管发生率的影响。方法选择2018年1月至12月本院ICU收治的54例插管患者作为试验组,选择2017年1月至12月本院ICU收治的46例插管患者作为对照组。对照组给以管道管理常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用集束化护理管理(自2018年1月起实施)进行护理干预,比较两组非计划性拔管的发生情况,并评价护理质量满意度。结果试验组非计划性拔管发生率明显低于对照组(1.85%比13.04%,P<0.05),试验组患者或家属满意率明显高于对照组(98.15%比86.96%,P<0.05)。结论 对ICU病房患者开展集束化护理管理能有效降低非计划性拔管的发生率,提高护理质量满意度,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of intensive care on reducing the incidence of unplanned extubation in ICU patients. Methods 54 intubation patients admitted to ICU of our hospital from January to December, 2018 were selected as an experimental group, while 46 from January to December, 2017 as a control group. The control group was given routine nursing of pipeline management;and in addition, the observation group was given intensive nursing management. The occurrences of unplanned extubation were compared between the two groups. The nursing quality satisfaction was evaluated. Results The incidence of unplanned extubation in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (1.85% vs. 13.04%, P < 0.05). The satisfaction of the patients or their families in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (98.15% vs. 86.96%, P < 0.05). Conclusion Intensive care for ICU patients can effectively reduce the incidence of unplanned extubation and improve nursing quality satisfaction, so it is worth for clinical application.
