摘要
对碱性酚醛树脂砂再生技术进行了比较研究,发现碱性酚醛树脂砂经650℃焙烧15min所获得的再生砂、经5min、10min、15min擦洗并烘干后在650℃下焙烧15min获得的再生砂及经340℃、360℃、380℃焙烧8min并机械再生获得的再生砂混制碱性酚醛树脂砂的24h抗拉强度均略高于由新砂混制碱性酚醛树脂砂的24h抗拉强度,可使用时间和由新砂混制碱性酚醛树脂砂的可使用时间相当。碱性酚醛树脂砂经机械再生及烘干后机械再生获得的再生砂混制碱性酚醛树脂砂的24h抗拉强度高于由新砂混制碱性酚醛树脂砂的24h抗拉强度,但可使用时间比由新砂混制碱性酚醛树脂砂的可使用时间短。碱性酚醛树脂砂经5min、10min、15min擦洗,烘干后获得再生砂混制碱性酚醛树脂砂的24h抗拉强度明显低于由新砂混制碱性酚醛树脂砂的24h抗拉强度,可使用时间和由新砂混制碱性酚醛树脂砂的可使用时间相当。
The comparative study on the regeneration technology of alkaline phenolic resin sand has been carried out in the text. It is found out that the 24h tensile strength of the alkaline phenolic resin sand mixed by regeneration sand which is regenerated by calcining at 650℃ for 15 min, scrubbing respectively for 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, drying & baking at 650℃ for 15 minutes, baking respectively at 340℃, 360℃, 380℃ for 8 min, and then being mechanical regenerated is slightly higher than that of the alkaline phenolic resin sand mixed by new sand. While the usable time is the same as that of the alkaline phenolic resin sand mixed by new sand. The 24h tensile strength of the alkaline phenolic resin sand mixed by regenerated sand which is regenerated by mechanical regeneration or drying then mechanical regeneration is higher than that of the alkaline phenolic resin sand mixed by new sand. The usable time is shorter than that of the alkaline phenolic resin sand mixed by new sand. The 24h tensile strength of the alkaline phenolic resin sand mixed by regenerated sand which is regenerated by scrubbing respectively for 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes and drying is significantly lower than that of the alkaline phenolic resin sand mixed by new sand. The usable time is the same as that of the alkaline phenolic resin sand mixed by new sand.
