摘要
新设计的锌合金连续流铸、连轧生产工艺,各工序之间的同步要求高,响应快,各种监控数据刷新快,通讯数据量大,传统PLC无法满足要求。开发了一套基于 ControlNet、Profibus现场总线的控制系统,包括系统组成及OPC协议上位机由RSVIEW32、ControlLogix5000机架、EtherNet、ControlNet、DeviceNet通信模块、西门子profibus 总线,多个I/O模块、多个变频器、多个流量控制以及三个操作站组成并形成自动控制系统等,使各工序参数快速调整到最佳状态。
The newly designed continuous casting and rolling production process for zinc alloy has requirements of high synchronization between the various steps, fast response, fast refreshing of various monitoring data and large amount of communication data, which can't be satisfied by the ordinary traditional PLC. One set of control on the basis of ControlNet and Profibus fieldbus has been developed, including system composition & OPC protocol host computer RSVIEW32, ControlLogix5000 rack, EtherNet, ControlNet, DeviceNet communication module, Siemens profibus bus, multiple I/O modules, multiple inverter, multiple flow control, and an automatic control system formed by three operation stations. Thus, in this way, the parameters of each step have been quickly adjusted to the optimum status.
