摘要
目的调查该院专科护士(CNS)的现状,为CNS的管理与运用提供参考。方法选取截至2018年1月该院53名CNS为研究对象,通过问卷形式,调查该院CNS的现状。结果 CNS在促进团队与行业发展、提高护理质量、提高患者满意度3个方面有一定作用。在CNS阻碍因素中,工作负荷过重、难以只做CNS的工作、工作岗位价值与待遇不符、时间不足4项比率均超过50.0%。同时,CNS表现出较强的职业倦怠感。结论发展专科护理既是护理学科发展的需要,也是满足患者高质量服务需求的需要。
Objective To investigate the current situation of specialist nurses(CNS)in the hospital and provide reference for the management and application of CNS.Methods The present situation of CNS in the hospital was investigated by questionnaires based on 53 CNS as of January 2018.Results CNS played a certain role in promoting team and industry development,improving nursing quality and improving satisfaction.Among the hindrances to CNS,the ratio of overload,difficulty in doing only CNS work,inconsistency between job value and salary,and insufficient time all exceeded 50.0%.At the same time,CNS showed a strong sense of job burnout.Conclusion Developing CNS is not only the need of nursing discipline development,but also the need of satisfying patients′demand for high quality service.
