摘要
pH的高低能对林木的生长直接产生影响,本研究为了探索马尾松生理生态适应的最适pH,对一年生马尾松苗木进行沙培栽植,在沙培中通过调节营养液pH浓度,研究不同pH环境条件下马尾松幼苗的生理生态适应性。结果表明:在pH3.0~7.0环境条件下,马尾松的形态指标苗高、地径、根系长度、针叶长度等各项指标均呈先上升后下降趋势。生理指标中根系活力呈先上升后下降的趋势;MDA呈现先降低后上升的趋势;SOD呈现"S"形曲线变化的趋势;CAT呈现先逐渐下降后上升的趋势。综合表明pH4.0~5.0条件下,对马尾松的生长最为有利,pH过高或过低均在一定程度上抑制了马尾松的生长。
In order to explore the optimum pH for the physiological and ecological adaptation of Pinus massoniana,the annual Pinus massoniana seedlings were planted in sand culture.The physiological and ecological adaptability of Pinus massoniana seedlings under different pH conditions was studied by adjusting the pH concentration of nutrient solution in sand culture.The results showed that the morphological indexes of Pinus massoniana,such as seedling height,ground diameter,root length and needle length,increased first and then decreased at pH 3.0-7.0.In physiological indexes,root activity increased first and then decreased;MDA decreased first and then increased;SOD showed a trend of"S"curve change;CAT showed a trend of decreasing first and then rising.It is concluded that the growth of Pinus massonianais most favourable under the condition of pH 4.0-5.0.The growth of Pinus massonianais inhibited to some extent by excessive or low pH.
