摘要 目的:探讨肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血清D-二聚体(D-D)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平变化及其临床意义。方法:选取肺炎支原体肺炎患儿50例作为观察组,其中选取病情较重患儿25例作为重症组,病情较轻患儿25例作为轻微组,同时再选取同期检查确定为健康儿童的50例作为对照组,测定并比较观察组和对照组患儿、重症组和轻微组患儿治疗干预前后的血清D-D和LDH水平及变化情况。结果:观察组患儿的血清D-D、LDH水均要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重症组患儿治疗干预前的血清D-D、LDH水平均要高于轻微组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗干预后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:患儿血清D-D和LDH水平变化与肺炎支原体肺炎存在一定关联性,通过检测患儿血清D-D和LDH水平变化能够辅助肺炎支原体肺炎的诊断,并且可以评估患儿疾病的进展及轻重情况,有助于指导开展临床治疗。 Objective To investigate the changes of serum D-dimer (D-D) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) levels in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia and their clinical significance. Method 50 children with mycoplasma pneumonia who were treated in our hospital were selected as the observation group.25 children with severe illness were selected as the severe group,25 children with mild illness were selected as the mild group,and 50 healthy children were selected as the control group at the same time.The levels of serum D-D and LDH in the observation group and the control group were compared before and after treatment intervention. Results The levels of serum D-D and LDH in the observation group were higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05).The levels of serum D-D and LDH in the severe group were higher than those in the mild group ( P <0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups ( P >0.05).HTH〗 Conclusion The changes of serum D-D and LDH levels are correlated with mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Detecting the changes of serum D-D and LDH levels can assist the diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumonia,and can evaluate the progress and severity of the disease in children,which is helpful to guide the clinical treatment.
