输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术与气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效对比分析

Comparative analysis of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy and pneumatic lithotripsy for ureteral calculi

目的:对比分析输尿管下钬激光碎石术与气压弹道碎石术在临床中治疗输尿管结石的效果。方法:择取140例输尿管结石患者,根据治疗方式分为对照组(n=70,行气压弹道碎石术进行治疗)和观察组(n=70,行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术进行治疗)。对治疗效果、手术时间、住院时间、结石排净时间、并发症情况进行对比分析。结果:观察组单次粉碎率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、结石排净时间以及住院时间情况均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的效果较气压弹道碎石术的效果理想,给患者带来的创伤较小,有利于康复,临床价值理想。

Objective To compare the effects of holmium laser lithotripsy and barometric lithotripsy under ureteral in the treatment of ureteral stones. Method 140 patients with ureteral stones admitted to our hospital were divided into control groups(N = 70,pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy for treatment) and observation groups(N = 70,under ureteroscope.laser lithotripsy was treated).The results of treatment,operation time,hospitalization time,Stone drainage time and complications were compared and analyzed. Results The single comminution rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P <0.05).The time of operation,Stone drainage and hospitalization in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscopy is better than that of pneumatic lithotripsy,which is less traumatic,beneficial to rehabilitation and ideal clinical value.
