摘要
目的:探讨TTF-1和Calretinin在肺腺癌患者胸水中的诊断价值。方法:利用免疫组化EnVision二步法检测43例肺腺癌患者胸水和45例良性疾病胸水中TTF-1和Calretinin的表达情况。结果:TTF-1在肺腺癌胸水中的阳性表达率为95.35%(41/43),在肺良性疾病胸水中未见阳性表达(0/45),两者TTF-1表达差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。Calretinin在肺腺癌胸水中的阳性表达率为13.95%(6/43),在肺良性疾病胸水中阳性表达率为82.22(37/45),Calretinin在两者中的表达差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:TTF-1和Calretinin可应用于肺腺癌患者胸水中癌细胞的诊断及鉴别诊断。
Objective To to investigate the diagnostic value of TTF-1 and Calretinin in pleural effusion of patients with lung adenocarcinoma. Method The expression of TTF-1 and Calretinin in pleural effusion of 43 patients with lung adenocarcinoma and 45 patients with benign diseases was detected by immunohistochemical EnVision two-step method. Results The positive expression rate of TTF-1 in pleural effusion of lung adenocarcinoma was 95.35%(41/43),but not in pleural effusion of benign lung diseases (0/45).There was significant difference in the expression of TTF-1 between the two groups ( P <0.01).The positive expression rate of Calretinin was 13.95%(6/43) in pleural effusion of lung adenocarcinoma and 82.22%(37/45) in pleural effusion of benign lung diseases.There was significant difference in the expression of Calretinin between the two groups ( P <0.01). Conclusion TTF-l and Calretinin are clinically valuable for diagnosing and differentially diagnosing the cancer cells in the pleural fluid of patients with primary lung adenocarcinoma.
