摘要
开展了污泥堆肥中功能菌株筛选的研究,分别以污泥堆肥物料中的各种大分子有机物为目标底物,筛选各自的降解菌株,通过初筛和复筛(酶活性强弱)选择最佳功能菌株,优化组合获得污泥堆肥的功能复合菌群。该研究可为污泥堆肥的功能菌株优选及其工艺优化提供理论依据和技术支持。
In this study, functional strains in sludge sludge composting were screened. The various organic macromolecules of sludge composting materials were used as the target substrates to screen degradation strains. The best functional strains were obtained by the preliminary screening and secondary screening, then were assembled into a functional bacteria community. This work would provide theoretical basis and technical support for screening functional strains in sewage sludge composting and their process optimization.
