摘要
[目的]比较分析新疆伊犁河谷不同品种薰衣草精油的品质。[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取太空蓝灰、太空蓝、70-1号、法国蓝、蓝白花、杂花薰衣草精油,通过气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)与理化指标分析,对不同品种的薰衣草精油进行理化性质和特征性组分含量对比研究。[结果]杂花薰衣草精油出油量最高,其次是太空蓝,再次是蓝白花。法国蓝薰衣草和蓝白花薰衣草精油品质优良,主要成分符合国家标准,有些成分达到了法国标准。[结论]该研究为进一步改良薰衣草品种及薰衣草特色产业发展提供科学依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to compare and analyze the quality of different varieties of lavender essential oil in the Ili Valley of Xinjiang.[Method]Taikong blue grey,Taikong blue,70-1,French blue, blue white flowers and miscellaneous flower lavender essential oil were extracted by steam distillation,the physicochemical properties and the characteristic component content of different varieties of lavender essential oil was compared and studied by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and physical and chemical indicators analysis.[Result]The oil yield of miscellaneous flower was the highest, followed by Taikong blue and blue white flower. French blue lavender and blue white lavender essential oil were of good quality, the main ingredients met national standards, some ingredients metFrench standards.[Conclusion]The study provides scientific basis for further improvement of lavender varieties and development of lavender characteristic industry.
