摘要
以聚丙二醇(PPG-1000)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)为主要原材料,一缩二乙二醇(DEG)作为扩链剂,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)作为亲水扩链剂,三乙胺作为中和剂,制备自交联型阴离子水性聚氨酯湿摩擦提升剂。通过正交实验的方法研究了HDI自身的异氰酸酯基团做交联剂、与其他交联剂共同作用时阴离子型水性聚氨酯固色剂的最佳配料比(R值为2.2、DMPA含量为2.20%及DEG用量为90%),实验重点探讨了环氧氯丙烷(ECH),硅烷偶联剂(ATPS)和氮丙啶作为交联剂对产品湿摩擦固色效果的影响。由实验现象得出的结果为,以HDI交联剂,选择环氧氯丙烷为封端剂,对阴离子型WPU湿摩擦稳定性提高最为显著。
An anionic waterborne polyurethane emulsion was prepared with polyether polyols (PPG-1000),hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) and dihydroxymethyl propionic acid (DMPA) by the prepolymer method.The effect of R (n-NCO/n-OH) value,diethylene glycol (DEG),and DMPA content on the properties of aqueous polyurethane emulsions was investigated.Especially,the effect of crosslinking agent on the properties of color fixing agent was studied by orthogonal design.It was found that epichlorohydrin (ECH) is the best crosslinking agent.The excellent waterborne polyurethane emulsion is obtained when R=2.2,content of DMPA is 2.2%,DEG is 90% and the amount of epichlorohydrin is 100%.The synthetic waterborne polyurethane emulsion is used for the treatment of polyurethane (PU) leather,and the rubbing fastness of PU leather was improved obviously.
