摘要
本文以3,4-亚甲二氧基苯乙醇酸为起始原料,首先以硝酸银为催化剂氧化3,4-亚甲二氧基苯乙醇酸制得洋茉莉醛,然后以30%的双氧水为氧化剂,经过氧化得到芝麻酚。该合成方法工艺简单,反应条件温和,产品两步总收率为61.6%。
Heliotropin was prepared from 3,4-dioxymethylene by oxidation ,then sesamol was synthesized from heliotropin by oxidation of 30%hydrogen peroxide.The method has several advantages,such as mild reaction condition,convenient operation and the total yield is 61.6%.
