摘要
目的建立适用于烧烤制品中菌落总数检测结果的不确定度评定方法。方法依据JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》和GB 4789.2-2016《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验菌落总数测定》,以及相关统计学方法对样品不确定度进行评定。结果通过统计学分析得出,合并样本标准差为0.0346,取置信水平P=95%,其扩展不确定度为0.0546。结论用此类方法评定多个同类样本的不确定度比较方便,所得结果可随时加入到其余样本中。
Objective To establish a method of uncertainty evaluation for the detection of aerobic plate count in grilled meet.Methods Based on JJF1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement,GB4789.2-2016 Microbiological Examination of Food Hygiene-Detection of Aerobic Bacterial Count,and related statistical methods to evaluate uncertainty of the samples.Results According to the methods used,the pooled standard deviation was 0.0346 and the expanded uncertainty was 0.0546(P=95%).Conclusion This method is convenient for uncertainty evaluation of aerobic plate count of multiple similar samples,the result could be calculated again when other samples were added.
