摘要
EPC总承包属于石油化工项目的一种新型模式,在目前的多数工程中均会采用此种模式。在此项承包形式中,业主一方所需要承担的风险较小,而相应的承包商则需要承担较大风险。其一方面能够促进设计主导作用得以发挥,另一方面能够将设计与施工加以有效联系,其项目管理主要内容包括进度、费用、质量以及HSE,通过对这些内容进行控制进而实现项目预定目标,其中,有效的造价控制能够缩短工程建设周期,减小工程投入。基于此,本文主要就LNG接收站建设过程中的工程总承包以及造价控制进行探讨。
EPC general contracting is a new model of petrochemical projects,which will be used in most current projects.In this form of contracting,the risk that the owner of the owner needs to bear is small,and the corresponding contractor needs to bear a greater risk.On the one hand,it can promote the leading role of design,on the other hand,it can effectively link design and construction.The main content of project management includes schedule,cost,quality and HSE.By controlling these contents,the project can achieve the target.Effective cost control can shorten the construction period and reduce engineering investment.Based on this,this paper mainly discusses the general project contracting and cost control in the construction process of LNG receiving station.
