回收有机废水中乙醇-叔丁醇的工艺模拟与优化 被引量:1

摘要 本文利用Aspen Plus软件,以乙二醇为萃取剂,对叔丁醇-乙醇-水体系的连续萃取精馏过程进行模拟。模拟结果表明:对含水为88%,乙醇为8%,叔丁醇为4%,处理量为18t/h的有机废水,采用萃取精馏可以使回收的乙醇和叔丁醇的质量分数均在98%以上,排放的废水中乙醇和叔丁醇的含量均小于50×10-6,实现了叔丁醇、乙醇的有效回收和有机废水的达标排放。同时,从回流比、理论塔板数、进料量、进料位置和萃取剂用量等方面对分离过程进行了优化。此模拟结果为乙醇-叔丁醇-水三元体系的分离过程提供了理论依据。 In this paper,the Aspen Plus software was used to simulate the continuous extractive distillation of t-butanol-ethanol-water system with ethylene glycol as the extractant.The simulation results show that for the organic wastewater with water content of 88%,ethanol of 8%,tert-butanol of 4%,and treatment volume of 18 t/h,extractive distillation can make the recovered ethanol and tert-butanol mass fractions More than 98%,the content of ethanol and tert-butanol in the discharged wastewater is less than 50 ppm,so as to achieve effective recovery of tert-butanol and ethanol and discharge of organic wastewater.At the same time,the separation process was optimized from the aspects of reflux ratio,number of theoretical plates,feed amount,feed position and amount of extractant.The simulation result data provides a theoretical basis for the separation process of the ethanol-tert-butanol-water ternary system.
