摘要 FPSO(浮式生产储卸油装置)作为油田处理终端接收上游生产油气水进行处理,处理合格的生产水通过注水系统绝大部分回注到油田注水井中。随着油田综合含水率的上升。终端生产水的处理回注能力直接影响油田滚动开发计划,以及日产原油量,为了能满足和适应高含水油田的滚动生产开发需求,有必要对FPSO终端设施注水系统进行充分挖潜,解决注水系统存在的诸多问题,以提高注水系统的处理能力,破除油田注水系统瓶颈。 FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) receives oil, gas and water from upstream production as an oil field treatment terminal for treatment, and most of the produced water is reinjected water injection wells.With the increase of comprehensive water cut in oilfields.The treatment and reinjection capacity directly affect the rolling development plan and daily crude oil production.In order to meet and adapt the rolling production and development needs of high water cut oilfields, it is necessary to fully tap the potential of FPSO terminal facility water injection system and solve many problems existing in the water injection system in order to improve the treatment capacity of the water injection system and break the bottleneck of oilfield water injection.
