壳聚糖改性硅藻土处理含铬废水的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 使用4%的醋酸溶解壳聚糖,加入一定量的硅藻土,制备成壳聚糖占总固体质量不同比例的硅藻土-壳聚糖复合材料。探究正交实验条件下中壳聚糖-硅藻土复合材料对模拟含铬废水的吸附效果;正交实验的结果表明复合材料在Cr(Ⅵ)浓度为15mg/L、pH值=7、壳聚糖-硅藻土复合材料的配比为8%、投加量为0.6g、震荡时间为50min的条件下对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率最佳;吸附动力学实验结果采用准二级动力学方程拟合,吸附等温线的实验结果采用Langmuir方程拟合时,拟合曲线的相关系数R^2最大,拟合效果更好。 Using 4% of acetic acid dissolved chitosan and adding a certain amount of diatomite,chitosan composite material with different proportion of total solid mass was prepared.The adsorption effect of chitosan-diatomite composite material on simulated chromium wastewater was investigated under orthogonal experiment;The adsorption kinetics of chitosan-diatomite composite and the fitting results of adsorption isotherms were investigated.The orthogonal experiment results show that the composite materials in Cr(Ⅵ) concentration of 15 mg/L,pH=7,chitosan and diatomite composite material ratio is 8%,the dosage is 0.6 g,the oscillation time was 50 min under the conditions of Cr(Ⅵ) the best removal rate;The experimental results of adsorption kinetics are fitted by quasi two order kinetic equation.And the experimental results of adsorption isotherms are fitted by Langmuir equation,the correlation coefficient R^2 of the fitting curve is the largest,and the fitting effect is better.
