摘要
天然气作为主要能源已经越来越普遍被应用在日常生活中,目前长途货运汽车大多数使用液化天然气作为燃料动力。由于液化天然气气化后压力迅速升高且具有易燃易爆性。模拟车载LNG气瓶火灾爆炸具有一定的借鉴作用。利用DNV Phast对车载LNG气瓶泄漏后造成的火灾爆炸进行模拟计算,爆炸伤害范围显示模拟在电子地图上,提高车载LNG气瓶日常安全管理水平。降低车载天然气气瓶事故风险。
Natural gas as the main energy has been more and more widely used in daily life.At present,most long-distance freight cars use liquefied natural gas as fuel power.The pressure of liquefied natural gas (LNG) increases rapidly after gasification and is flammable and explosive.The simulation of fire and explosion of LNG cylinder on vehicle has certain reference value.DNV Phast is used to simulate the fire and explosion caused by the leakage of LNG cylinder in vehicle.The damage range of explosion is displayed on the electronic map to improve the daily safety management level of LNG cylinder in vehicle.Reduce the accident risk of vehicle-mounted natural gas cylinders.
