某氧化铁红厂废水处理工程设计

摘要 对某氧化铁红厂废水处理工程进行工艺设计,介绍处理的工艺流程、主要构筑物及设备设计参数、预期处理效果及污染物的削减量等。生产废水经过氨氮吹脱塔处理后,至本污水处理厂经过化学沉淀+预缺氧+二级AO+深度处理后达标排放,设计处理后出水总氮≤70mg/L。 Process design of an iron oxide red plant wastewater treatment project,the process flow,main structure and equipment design parameters,expected treatment effect and reduction amount of pollutants are introduced. After the production wastewater is treated by ammonia stripping tower,To present through chemical precipitation of sewage treatment plant+hypoxic preconditioning + AO + two standard discharge depth of treatment,the wastewater treatment plant will meet the discharge standards.
