摘要
介绍了废酸裂解尾气处理选用动力波洗涤器降温脱除SO2、电除雾器脱除酸雾相结合的设计流程,并对循环泵、动力波洗涤器、电除雾器等主体设备进行了工艺设计。采用该设计建成的装置尾气排放各指标均达到排放要求,并且装置能够适应20%气量波动。
The design process of using power wave scrubber to reduce temperature and remove SO 2 and electric mist eliminator to remove acid mist in waste acid pyrolysis tail gas treatment is introduced. The main equipment such as circulating pump, power wave scrubber and electric mist eliminator are designed. The tail gas emission indexes of the device achieved the emission requirements, and the device could adapt to 20% gas fluctuation.
