部分螺纹伸入螺孔中的螺栓连接数值模拟

摘要 目前,国内外许多学者在对螺栓连接进行有限元分析时,均采用ABAQUS隐式分析方法且不考虑伸入螺孔中的螺纹。而实际工程中,经常有部分螺纹伸入螺孔中。因此,文中对螺栓连接采用ABAQUS显示分析方法,通过改变质量缩放系数和螺栓网格密度,分析这两个参数对连接板的荷载-位移曲线和计算机运行速度的影响。结果表明,随着质量缩放系数的增大,计算机运行速度加快,但是荷载-位移曲线图波动幅度较大,光滑性较差,结果精度降低;随着螺栓网格密度由密变疏,计算机运行速度加快,但是荷载-位移曲线图波动幅度较大,极限承载力增大。 At present, many scholars home and abroad use the ABAQUS implicit analysis method for finite element analysis of bolted connections and do not consider the threads that protrude into the screw holes. But the thread often insert into the bolt hole in practical engineering.Therefore, ABAQUS explicit analysis method is adopted for bolt connections. By changing the mass scaling coefficient and bolt mesh density, the effect of these two parameters on load-displacement curves of the connecting plates and computer speed are analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the mass scaling coefficient, the computer runs faster, but the fluctuation range of load-displacement curves are larger, and its smoothness is poor, and the accuracy of the results decreases. With bolt mess density changing from dense to sparse, the computer runs faster, but the fluctuation range of load-displacement curves are large, and the ultimate bearing capacities increase.
