摘要
针对空空导弹舵机对位置反馈元件的高精度、高可靠性、小体积等要求,通过磁场设计和仿真分析,设计了一款基于导弹舵机平台的小型单磁极高精度磁电编码器;并通过仿真分析,研究了存在同心偏移、对角偏转、对称偏转等形式装配误差情况下,磁电编码器的输出特性,为后续的精度补偿打下基础。
In order to meet the higher requirements of the angle sensor in the servo system of air-to-air missile in terms of precision,reliability and small volume,a special small single-pole magnetic-electric encoder is designed through magnetic field design and simulation analysis;the output characteristics of magnetoelectric encoder under assembly error are studied,such as concentric shift,diagonal deflection,symmetric deflection,lay the foundation for future precision compensation.
