摘要
研究原位生长法对棉织物防紫外线整理效果。以钛酸丁酯和无水乙醇为原料,采用水热法在棉织物表面实现TiO2纳米管的原位生长。采用X射线衍射仪、红外光谱仪、防紫外线性能测试仪等对整理的棉织物结构和性能进行分析。结果表明:原位生长法制得的TiO2纳米管与棉织物无化学反应,整理后的棉织物防紫外线性能明显提高,洗涤10次后织物的UPF值仍达50+,断裂强力下降12.3%,白度略有下降。认为:三种整理方法中,原位生长法最好。
The anti-ultraviolet finishing effect of in-situ growth method on cotton fabric was studied.Butyl titanate and absolute ethyl alcohol were used as the raw material.The in-situ growth of TiO2 nanotube was achieved on the surface of cotton fabrics with the hydrothermal method.The structure and properties of finished cotton fabrics were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer,infrared spectrometer,anti-ultraviolet property tester and so on.The test results showed that there was no chemical reaction between the TiO2 nanotube obtained by in-situ growth method and cotton fabric.The anti-ultraviolet property of cotton fabric after finishing was obviously improved.After ten times washing,the UPF value of fabric was still reached 50+.The breaking strength was decreased by 12.3% and the whiteness was slightly reduced.It is considered that the in-situ growth method is the best among three finishing methods.
