摘要 探讨纺纱生产节能技术改造实践问题。分析了纺纱企业有关装备设计能耗资源浪费现状,介绍了对细纱短车集落系统改造、细纱长车吸棉系统改造、细纱短车吸棉风机改造、地表水冬灌夏用技术改造、空调风机节能型叶轮改造和供配电系统节电技术改造等过程与效果。实践证明:每项改造都取得了较好的节能效果。认为:棉纺企业节能是一项系统性、技术性、长期性工程,切实开展各类节能改造,才能取得明显成效,助力企业高质量发展。 The technology modification practice problems on the energy saving of yarn spinning production were discussed.The status of wasting energy and resources for the yarn spinning enterprises on the design of related device was analyzed.The procedure and effect of the improvement were introduced including collective doffing system improvement for short spinning frame,cotton suction system improvement for long spinning frame,cotton suction draught fan improvement for short spinning frame,technology improvement of using surface water from winter irrigation in summer,energy saving impeller improvement for air condition draught fan,technology improvement of power supply and distribution system and so on.The practice proved that energy saving effect of each modification is better.It is considered that energy saving for cotton spinning enterprises is a systematic,technology and long-term project.By practically carrying out each kind of energy saving improvement,significant results can be achieved and higher quality development of enterprises can be assisted.
