基于CNKI数据库分析葛根素治疗糖尿病的研究现状

Current State of Puerarin in the Treatment for Diabetes Mellitus Based on CNKI Database

目的:应用数据挖掘技术,分析葛根素治疗糖尿病的研究现状。方法:从中国知网检索关键词"葛根素""糖尿病",纳入篇名为葛根素治疗糖尿病的全部文献,然后从文献的年度分布、发表类型、学科分布、基金类型分析葛根素治疗糖尿病的文献特征;从文献的发表单位、作者、疾病分布分析葛根素治疗糖尿病的研究现状。结果:经过文献检索,发现葛根素治疗糖尿病开始于1997年,截止2017年9月,共有487篇文献。其中432篇文献发表在学术期刊上,19篇硕士论文,5篇博士学位论文,24篇国内会议论文,7篇国际会议论文。从学科分布来看,主要集中在内分泌疾病(185篇)、中药学(137篇)、中医学(97篇)、心血管系统疾病(10篇)等学科。国家自然科学基金资助20篇,各省自然科学基金13篇,各省教委基金7篇,高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金2篇;省、直辖市其他基金资助10篇。从研究机构来看,研究最多的机构是中南大学湘雅医院21篇,其次是娄底市中心医院20篇,北京中医药大学16篇,河北医科大学14篇,苏州大学12篇,牡丹江医学院10篇。研究内容主要针对糖尿病糖脂代谢异常96篇,糖尿病肾病95篇,糖尿病周围神经病变13篇,临床研究(339篇)和动物实验(132篇)均有涉及,且以临床研究为主。结论:葛根素治疗糖尿病的研究已有20年的历史,药理作用广泛,可以治疗糖脂代谢异常、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病心肌病、糖尿病周围神经病变等,尤其对糖尿病并发症的治疗效果显著。

Objective: To analyze the current state of puerarin in the treatment for diabetes mellitus(DM) using the technology of data mining. Methods:"Puerarin" and "diabetes mellitus(DM)" were chosen as the keywords to search in CNKI database, all the papers about puerarin in the treatment for DM were included, the characteristics of the papers were analyzed from the types of the funds, the distribution of the subjects, the publication types and annual distribution of the papers. Results: Via literature search, it was found that there were 487 articles on puerarin in the treatment for DM, beginning in 1997, ending September, 2017. Among them, 432 papers were published on academic journals, 19 papers are master′s thesis, 5 ones were doctoral thesis, 24 ones are domestic conference articles,and seven are international conference articles. From the distribution of the subjects, the papers were mainly on endocrine disease(185 articles), Chinese materia medica(137 papers), TCM(97 articles) and the disease of cardiovascular system(10 articles). There were 20 papers assisted by the National Natural Science Fund, 13 papers by provincial natural science fund, 7 ones by provincial education commission fund, 2 by special scientific research fund for doctoral program in Colleges and Universities and 10 by provincial or municipal funds. As for research institutes,there were 21 papers from Xiangya Hospital Central South University, 20 ones from Loudi city central hospital, 16 ones from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, 14 ones from Hebei Medical University, 12 ones from soochow University and 10 ones from Mudanjiang medical University. There were 96 articles about abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism in diabetes mellitus, 95 about diabetic nephropathy, 13 on diabetic peripheral neuropathy, involving clinical study(339 articles) and zoopery(132 ones), and mainly clinical study. Conclusion: Puerarin in the treatment for DM has been studied for more than 20 years, and its pharmacological action is wide, it could be used to treat abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism in diabetes mellitus, diabetic nephropathy and diabetic peripheral neuropathy,especially effective in treating diabetic complications.
