信用保证基金解决小微企业融资难的经验及借鉴

Practical Experience and Enlightenment of Credit Guarantee Fund to Resolve the Financing Difficulty of Small and Micro Enterprises

改善小微企业融资可获得性需要更好发挥政策性担保的增信作用,本文通过分析台湾地区中小企业保证基金和浙江省台州市小微企业信用保证基金运行的成功经验,比较分析了两处信保基金有效运作的共性因素,提出了因地制宜借鉴信保基金经验扶持小微企业发展的政策建议。

Improving the financing availability of small and micro enterprises needs better playing the credit enhancement role of policy guarantee.This paper introduces the successful operation experience of Taiwan small and micro enterprises guarantee fund and Taizhou small and micro enterprises credit guarantee fund,compares the general factors of the credit guarantee fund,and puts forward policy suggestions on development of small and micro enterprises based on local conditions and experience of credit guarantee fund.
