摘要 变电站自动化系统的安全日益受到关注。包括IEC61850在内的通信协议现已广泛应用到智能变电站中,同时该通信协议的安全性也因IEC62351的引入而大大提高。在分析了IEC61850标准的基本情况和其面临的安全问题之后,本文提出了一种智能变电站与控制中心间的机器对机器通信机制。该方案基于两方面安全机制,一是通过在通用分组无线服务(GPRS)的通信支持下的安全的虚拟专用网络,二是使用了IEC61850协议的安全标准。最后本文在实体设备上验证了本文所提方法的有效性。 The security of substation automation system is paid more and more attention. Standards of communication protocols such as IEC61850 is improved and extended to different smart grid areas, also the security of this communication protocol is enhanced by the introduction of IEC62351 security standards for the power system information infrastructure. After analyzing the fundamentals of IEC61850 and its potential security issues, this paper presents a machine to machine communication solution between smart substation and control center. The solution is based on two security levels. The first one is assured by a secure virtual private network over a general packet radio service communication support, and the second level of security is the use of the security features in the new standards of the protocol IEC61850. A simulation based on real entity is carried out to test the compliance of transfer time according to standards.
