摘要 本文提出了一种有效的与分布式光伏电源分配相关的网络重构方法,以最小化配电网的有功损耗。改进的二元粒子群优化算法(SPSO),用于解决网络重构问题;基于灵敏度分析方法对分布式光伏电源进行优化配置。通过仿真测试证明了,所提出的方法在三种不同的负载水平的IEEE 33配电网上具有通过网络重构和优化配置降低功率损耗和母线电压降的能力,并在与其他算法对比中体现出了较为优异的性能。 This paper presents an effective network reconfiguration method for distribution of distributed photovoltaic power to minimize the active power loss in the distribution network. An improved binary particle swarm optimization(SPSO) algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of network reconfiguration. Based on the sensitivity analysis, the distributed photovoltaic power source is optimally configured. The simulation test proves that the proposed method can reduce the power loss and bus voltage drop through the network reconfiguration and optimization configuration on the IEEE 33 distribution network at three different load levels and shows a better performance compared with other algorithms Excellent performance.
