摘要
引入数字化处理方法,开发得到了一套能够对图形进行综合测量的系统。研究结果表明:利用数字处理算法可以实现噪声过滤以及去除背景颜色的作用,完成定位仪表显示部分和提取边缘数据的过程,计算出上限液位等于0.18cm,下限液位等于-2.68cm。该液位测量系统与玻璃管水位计相比最大误差率为2.61%,适合用于工业现场。边缘点以随机的形式在像素行中改变,同时局部发生了剧烈变化。相对于单一模式的寻峰方法,采用窗口搜索峰值检测方法可以更加精确地对液位检测进行寻峰分析。
The digital processing method is introduced and a set of integrated measurement system is developed. The results show that the digital processing algorithm can filter noise and remove background color, complete the process of displaying part of the positioning instrument and extracting edge data, and calculate that the upper limit liquid level is equal to 0.18 cm and the lower limit liquid level is equal to-2.68 cm. The liquid level measuring system has a maximum error rate of 2.61%compared with the glass pipe water level gauge, which is suitable for use in industrial sites. Edge points change in the row of pixels in a random fashion, and change dramatically locally. Compared with the single-mode peak searching method, the window peak searching method can be used to conduct peak searching analysis of liquid level detection more precisely.
