摘要
根据电涡流传感器的测距原理,设计并搭建了电涡流传感器的测量电路,外加螺旋测微器、电源和数显电压表构成了电涡流传感器的测距系统,研究了传感器与被测金属导体之间距离变化、被测金属导体材质及面积大小对传感器性能和灵敏度的影响,得到它们之间的定性关系,从而为实际应用中选择电涡流传感器进行小位移时满足较高灵敏度的要求提供了有利的指导依据。
According to the measurement principle of the eddy current sensor. This paper designs and builtds the measurement circuit, pluses the spiral micrometer, power supply and digital voltmeter to constitutel the eddy current sensor ranging system, studies the influence of the distance between the sensor and the measured metal conductor, the material and the size of the metal conductor on the performance and sensitivity of the sensor, gets the qualitative relationship between them,which provides a favorable guidance for the selection of the eddy current sensor when small displacement is used in the practical application to meet the requirements of the high sensor sensitivity.
