摘要
本论文以现阶段比较流行的熔融沉积式3D打印机中的不足为出发点,针对现在熔融沉积式(FDM)3D打印设备中,挤出机构相对单一,材料选择有限的问题,提出解决方法,将螺杆挤出机构与3D打印挤出机构融合,设计一种用于3D打印机的握柄式加热挤料装置,让笨重的挤出机构变得更加小巧、灵活、方便把握,能够满足现代化快速制造的要求。
According to the disadvantage of fused deposition 3 D printer, this paper proposes a design of a gripper heating and extruding device for 3 D printers. By combining screw extruder and 3 D printer extruder, this design solves the problems for few choice of both extruder and material for 3 D printer, and made the extruder more compact, flexible and easier to hold,which meets the needs of modern rapid manufacturing.
