涤纶属于一种合成纤维,在纺织面料中有着举足轻重的地位。由于涤纶面料应用范围广泛,不同布料的染色工艺也不尽相同,如果染色条件不佳会带来布料品质的困扰。经过改性处理的CD涤纶,拥有普通涤纶无法相比的性能,通过阳离子染料对面料进行染色,其染色工艺的探讨在纺织印染加工中显得尤为重要。

Polyester is a synthetic fiber and plays an important role in textile fabrics. However, due to the wide application of polyester fabrics, the dyeing process of fabrics is also different. If the dyeing conditions are not good, the quality of fabrics will often be disturbed. The modified CD polyester fibers have properties that ordinary polyester fibers can not compare with. It is particularly important to study the dyeing process of cationic dyes for fabric dyeing.
