摘要 文章针对254SMO超级不锈钢管材的性能,从其化学成分及力学性能分析,对焊接工艺方法、焊接材料、焊前准备、坡口形式设计、焊接顺序及工艺要领等方面进行了研究,并进行了254SMO超级不锈钢管材的焊接试验。通过焊接性、力学试验和腐蚀试验等证明了该研究能够获得高质量的焊接接头,满足项目相关技术要求,并在实船应用方面获得满意效果,经RT和PT无损探伤检测合格率100%。 Based on the analysis of chemical composition and mechanical properties of 254SMO super stainless steel pipe,the welding process,welding materials,pre-welding preparation,groove design,welding sequence and technological essentials were studied in this paper. The welding test of 254SMO super stainless steel pipe was carried out. By means of weld ability,mechanical test and corrosion test,it is proved that the research can obtain high quality welded joints,meet the technical requirements of the project,and obtain satisfactory results in the practical application of the ship. The qualified rate of RT and PT non-destructive flaw detection was 100%.
