船舶螺旋桨水平拂配工艺技术研究

Research on horizontal matching technology of marine propeller

螺旋桨坞内水平拂配相对于车间垂直拂配,具有施工流程简化、适用性强、拂配周期短、施工安全、风险低等特点。而使用液压小车组件代替液压平板车进行螺旋桨水平拂配,是对这一工艺技术的进一步改进及优化,文章结合螺旋桨换新工程实例,通过采用螺旋桨坞内水平拂配的工艺技术,在缩短坞期、降低修船成本等方面取得了成绩。

Compared with the vertical one in the workshop,the horizontal brushing fit in the propeller dock has the characteristics of simplified construction flow,strong applicability,short brushing period and low construction safety risk. It is a further improvement and optimization to use hydraulic trolley assembly instead of hydraulic flat car to carry out horizontal matching of propeller. Combined with the example of propeller replacement project,this paper adopts the technology of horizontal matching in propeller dock by adopting the technology of horizontal matching in propeller dock. Achievements have been achieved in shortening the docking period and reducing the cost of repairing the marine.
