基于MATLB GUI的湿汽轮机热力计算平台的设计与实现

摘要 湿汽轮机的变工况热力计算作为评估机组运行性能最重要的手段,其计算过程较为复杂,且直接通过源程序计算,计算结果可读性不强。为提高计算结果的可视化和使用者的工作效率,在面向对象设计思想的指导下,文章通过MATLABGUI设计了湿汽轮机热力计算平台,实现人机交互功能。该湿汽轮机变工况热力计算平台简化了操作过程,使一线工人也能掌握复杂的热力计算过程,也为进一步优化计算程序提供了借鉴意义。 The thermal calculation of the variable working condition of the wet steam turbine is the most important means to evaluate the operating performance of the unit. The calculation process is more complicated and directly calculated by the source program,and the calculation result is not readable. In order to improve the visualization of the calculation results and the user’s work efficiency,under the guidance of object-oriented design ideas,the article designed the wet steam turbine thermal calculation platform through MATLAB GUI to realize the humancomputer interaction function. The wet steam turbine variable working condition thermal calculation platform simplifies the operation process,enabling the first-line workers to master the complicated thermal calculation process,and provides reference for further optimization of the calculation program.
