随着全球经济一体化的发展,各个国家对国际化人才的需求和争夺变得日益激烈。培养国际化人才成为高校思想政治理论课的发展取向。为了培养出既具有坚定的思想政治素质,又具有国际视野、能够参与国际竞争的国际化人才,就有必要充分发挥国际化人才培养模式对高校思想政治理论课的指导作用。基于传统的思想政治理论课教学存在的问题,高校需要加强思想政治理论课教学方法的改革和创新。

With the development of global economic integration,the need and competition of international talents in various countries has become increasingly fierce. The cultivation of international talents becomes development-oriented of college ideological and political theory courses. In order to cultivate international talents with firm ideological and political quality,international vision and ability to participate in international competition,it is necessary to give full play to the guiding role of international talent training mode in ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.Based on the existing problems of traditional ideological and political theory teaching,colleges and universities need to strengthen the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory teaching methods.
