深基坑未探明水体喷涌施工处理技术研究

摘要 针对基坑隆起、潜蚀、管涌、流土(砂)等明确水体引发工程事故施工处理技术研究较为全面,但是对于未探明水体工程事故的鲜有应对处理措施,这是因为水体不明,便无的放矢。然而,上海某深基坑工程,其深基坑底部一处同样也是未探明涌水问题,经过注浆加固封堵、承压水降水等手段无果后,采用泄水孔对基坑坑底涌水问题进行施工处理,却取得预期效果。该方法可操作性强,容易实施,处理效果良好,可为同类工程积累工程经验,但该方法可用于处理基坑清水喷涌问题,对于基坑浊水喷涌问题需慎重采用。 In view of the problem of deep foundation pit including heave stability,pipe erosion,piping and soil flow,many studies have been done about the engineering accidents by the specific groundwater body. But they are seldom concerned with the study from missing groundwater body. There is a engineering accident by missing groundwater body at a deep foundation pit project in Shanghai that many methods as Grouting Technique,Water Pressure Reduction were used in,But the effect is poor. the construction technology of draining hole was used and with satisfactory results. The method can be used in clearwater seepage of deep foundation pits with simple operation,good effect.A careful use in muddy water seepage is also suggested.
