Discussion on Establishment of Special Planning for the Underground Utility Tunnel in the Central District of Xianyou County

以仙游县中心城区地下管廊专项规划为例,系统分析了该县城地下综合管廊入廊管线类型、建设规模、系统布局方案以及投融资模式、入廊费等。研讨结论:基于县城规模小、经济实力不强特点,县城地下综合管廊的规划建设,首要考虑的是经济性和适用性,不能贪大求全;其次,各级政府部门要制定相关补贴政策,以更好启动并推动县城综合管廊的建设。

Taking the special planning of underground utility tunnel in the central district of Xianyou county as an example,the type,construction scale,system layout scheme,investment and financing mode,gallery cost of underground utility tunnel in county town were systematically analyzed and determined. Discussion conclusions:based on the characteristics of small scale and weak economic strength of county,planning and construction of underground utility tunnel in county,the primary consideration is economy and applicability,can't be greedy for perfection;secondly,government departments at all levels should formulate relevant subsidy policies,in order to better start and promote the construction of utility tunnel in county.
