马坑矿业施工期环保设施建设工程环境监理

Research on engineering environmental supervision of construction of environmental protection facilities during construction period of Ma-keng mining

工程环境监理在确保工程建设顺利进行的同时,可有效控制环境污染和生态破坏,是工程建设领域新增的环境管理方式。基此,以马坑矿业为研究对象,阐述了开展工程环境监理的产生背景、监理依据和监理方法,并重点分析了施工期环保设施建设环境监理的具体内容。

Engineering environmental supervision could effectively control environmental pollution and ecological damage,while ensuring the smooth progress of Engineering construction.It was a new mode of environmental management in the field of engineering construction.The Ma-keng mining was taken as an object in this paper,the development background ,the basis of environmental supervision and the methods of supervision were described in this paper.The concrete contents of environmental supervision of environmental protection facilities construction during construction period were also specifically analysed in this paper.
