摘要
针对结晶器无法满足高拉速条件下薄板坯连铸生产要求的问题进行了相关研究和改进。通过将结晶器进水方式由下进水改为上进水,冷却方式由水孔冷却改为水槽冷却,同时优化漏斗形状等措施,浇注过程热相图、热流趋于稳定,板卷表面质量良好。
In view of the problem that the mould can not meet the production requirements of thin slab continuous casting at high casting speed,the relevant research and improvement are made.By changing the water intake mode of the mould from downstream to upstream,changing the cooling mode from water hole cooling to flume cooling,optimizing funnel shape,the thermal phase diagram and heat flow during casting process tend to be stable,and the surface quality of coil is good.
