摘要
系统总结了新兴铸管新疆公司高炉开炉以来存在的问题,以及在高炉操作方面所取得的技术进步。通过全面实施“225”管理体系、优化人员结构、加强入炉原料质量管理、优化高炉操作四大制度、开发专有技术措施,实现了高炉长周期稳定顺行,主要经济技术指标显著提升。
The problems of BF blow-in and technical progress of BF operation in Xinxing Pipe Casting Xinjiang Company are summarized in this paper.By implementing “225” management system,optimizing personnel structure,strengthening raw material quality management,optimizing blast furnace operation and developing proprietary technical measures,the long-term stable and smooth operation of blast furnace has been achieved,and the main economic and technological indexes have been significantly improved.
