基于虚拟仪器技术的无线电引信炸距测试系统

摘要 提出了一种基于虚拟仪器和Labview的低成本、自动化的炸距测试系统。建立引起引信启动的弹目交会信号峰峰值与采用传统检测方法获得的引信在特定条件下针对特定目标炸高之间的拟合函数,采用虚拟仪器技术,测得未知引信启动时的模拟信号峰峰值,之后将该值带入上述函数即可获得该引信在同样条件下的炸高。系统采用普通多功能数据采集卡用于发射和采集信号以降低硬件成本。实验结果表明,该设备取得了比较准确的结果。 In the paper,a blast distance testing system is proposed,which is low-cost,automation based on virtual instrument and Labview software.It brings the reap to reap value of the simulate porjectile-target encounter signal which triggered unknown doppler fuses to the curve function,which reflects the relation between the value of signal and the explosion distance measured by traditional method in certain condition.It get those fuse’s explore distance in the same condition.The system has been equipped an ordinary multi-function data acquisition card for transmitting and collecting signals to realize the low-cost system.The experiment results show that the equipment could obtain accurate results.
