摘要
为了解决传统加速度检测方法存在滤波效果不佳且存在较大滞后性的问题,提出了一种基于卡尔曼滤波算法的加速度信号处理方案。以Xilinx ZYNQ 7010芯片为主控制器,借助MPU6050加速度传感器采集电梯运行中的加速度值,通过卡尔曼滤波算法对加速度数据进行滤波处理,提高了数据检测的准确性和实时性,实现对电梯运行过程中振动的有效检测。实验结果表明,卡尔曼滤波能够有效去除加速度检测过程中的噪声干扰,提高了检测的准确性,且具有较高的实时性。
In order to solve the problem of poor filtering effect and large lag in traditional acceleration detection methods,an acceleration signal processing scheme based on Kalman filter algorithm is proposed in this paper.The research takes Xilinx ZYNQ 7010 chip as the main controller,uses MPU6050 acceleration sensor to collect acceleration value in elevator operation,filters the acceleration data by Kalman filter algorithm,improves the accuracy and real-time of data detection,and achieves the effective detection of vibration in the process of elevator operation.The experiment results show that the Kalman filter can effectively remove the noise in acceleration detection process and has high real-time performance.
