摘要
PDCA循环作为最广泛使用的管理方法之一,同样适用于电力物资管理标准化工作的过程。基于此,本文通过分析电力物资管理现状,将其融合PDCA理念进行优化,形成了包含物资计划、物资采购、物资储备、物资消耗、物资配送以及数据分析六个环节的新物资管理模式,并在此基础之上,结合标准化理念,建立高水平电力物资管理标准化体系,最终形成电力物资管理标准化机制,全面提升电力物资管理的质量与效益。
As one of the most widely used management methods, PDCA cycle is also applicable to the standardization of power material management.Based on this, by analyzing the current situation of electric power material management, this paper integrates PDCA concept to optimize, and forms a new material management model which includes six links:material planning, material procurement, material reserve, material consumption, material distribution and data analysis.On this basis, combined with the concept of standardization, it establishes.The standardization system of Electric Power Material Management of high level.A standardization mechanism of electric power material management. Will eventually be fored.The quality and efficiency of electric power material management will be comprehensively improved.
