“诊改”视域下高职院校内部质量保证体系建设路径思考

Thoughts on the Construction of Internal Quality Assurance System in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of "Diagnosis and Reform"

高职院校加强内部质量保证体系建设,不仅是履行国家政策的要求,更是作为质量生成主体和责任主体的职责和使命。高职院校应积极探索“诊改”视域下内部质量保证体系的建设路径,通过培育“四个层面”的质量文化、构建完备的内部质量标准体系、建立常态化的质量“诊改”机制,为教学质量“诊改”的持续推进和学校办学质量的提升提供重要支撑。

With the advent of the "quality era",the quality of education has become the focus of attention in higher vocational colleges.To strengthen the construction of internal quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges is not only to fulfill the requirements of national policies,but also the responsibility and mission of the quality generating subject and responsibility subject.Higher vocational colleges should actively explore the construction path of internal quality assurance system from the perspective of "diagnosis and reform".By cultivating the quality culture of "four levels",constructing a complete internal quality standard system and establishing a regular quality "diagnosis and reform" mechanism,this paper provides an important support for the continuous promotion of teaching quality "diagnosis and reform" and the improvement of the quality of running a school.
